Our projects

Home Health Care

The project implemented an assistance program for vulnerable groups in Odesa and residents of villages in the Odesa region. During the project period, volunteers with specialized medical education provided social and primary

medical care in the form of consultations for people with disabilities, the elderly, people with musculoskeletal problems, and residents of villages who had limited access to medical services due to the outflow of specialists resulting from armed aggression against Ukraine.

The main activities of the project were carried out by a mobile team, which included medical specialists and case managers. The mobile team provided consultations and social support 2-3 times a week in Odesa and the villages of

the Odesa region in administrative buildings, outpatient clinics, medical facilities, and, in partnership with local authorities and social protection agencies, visited beneficiaries at home to provide informational and consultative assistance on health and social support issues.
